MESOGEIOS Dialysis Centers Group supports a wide range of activities in the fields of sports, culture, and socially vulnerable groups. To this end, part of the company's revenue is directed to promote major sports events and associations, in order to actively contribute in promoting the athletic ideal.

As part of Mesogeios Dialysis Centers Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives to promote sports events, the company will fully cover the costs incurred for the participation of two of our dialysis patients at the 10th European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships that will be held in Cagliari, Italy on June 17-24. The Games are open for all kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, bonemarrow transplant recipients and dialysis patients. The sports are volleyball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, cycling, petanque, swimming, darts, golf, triathlon, mini-marathon and athletics. 

As part of the MESOGEIOS Dialysis Centers Group’s plan to support sports events, the company partially funded the expenses incurred for the participation of three dialysis patientsat the 9th European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships which were held in Vantaa, Finland on July 10-17. The Games are open for all kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas, transplant recipients and dialysis patients and areheld every two years in order to promote the organ donation. Greece had the honor to participate in all Pan-European games to date, since it was the country that initiated and hosted the first event in 2000. The 25 Greek athletes (7 dialysis and 18 transplanted kidney patients) who participated in the Greek group from the areas of Athens, Thessaloniki, Veria, Karpathos, Heraklion, Chania and other parts of Greece, took part in the sports of table tennis, swimming, bowling and all track and field sports


The company will participate at the ATHENS MARATHON on Sunday, November 12 with a group of employees and dialysis patients in order to promote the values of effort, participation and social solidarity. Mesogeios Dialysis Centers Group acts as a key sponsor to ASPE Thetis Volleyball Club, proudly supporting the efforts of its teams in all women's development tournaments and championships. Today more than 200 athletes of all ages practice at ASPES THETIS Voleyball Club.
