Mesogeios Dialysis Centers have been certified for health care services according to the standard ELOT EN 15224: 2017, which assembles the advantages of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard with the requirements of quality for health services and determines the issues that include efficiency, the adequacy, safety and reliability of health care processes.
In the standard EN 15524: 2017, there are 11 quality features that highlight the quality of health services. The 11 features include proper care, availability, continuity of care, effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, medical care based on evidences and knowledge, patient care that includes the integrity of physical - psychological - social care, patient participation and safety, prompt care and accessibility.
In 2018 Mesogeios Dialysis Centers have been certified according to EN ISO 27001 : 2013, for the implementation of the Management System for Information Security available.
